RPL’s Cumberland Office Welcomes Sales Associate Trish Perfetto

Residential Properties Ltd takes pride in announcing that Sales Associate Trish Perfetto has joined the excellent team of agents at our Cumberland office. Trish is a lifelong Rhode Islander who grew up in Smithfield, married her high school sweetheart, Ralph, and had a daughter Katherine followed by son Jason. She holds a degree in business finance from Providence College, working in banking for many years, and a broker license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Discovering and rediscovering real estate

Over 25 years ago, the needs of Trish’s growing family called for a new home. She sought out the expertise of a top local agent, RPL Sales Associate Martha Lapierre.“Our experience with Residential Properties was outstanding,” Perfetto recalled. “When I decided to pursue a career in real estate shortly thereafter, the company of choice was obvious to me. The support, camaraderie, knowledge base, and outstanding leadership at RPL far exceeds that of any other real estate company.

After nine years with RPL, Trish relocated to northern Massachusetts for her husband's job. This plus the arrival of two wonderful granddaughters left very little time for real estate work. Having moved back to Rhode Island full time, however, she realized that she missed the business and the rewarding feeling of helping people accomplish goals. As she begins anew with Residential Properties, Trish brings to her work a pleasure derived from the creativity and attention to detail involved. “My core business philosophy is based on relationships,” Perfetto noted. “I strive to develop a connection that will transcend our first transaction together.”

Life and lifestyle goes on

In her spare time she loves to cook, bike ride along the beautiful East Bay Bike Path, and recently started to work on her golf game. Both of her children attended the Moses Brown School in Providence, where she served as the president of their parent association for many years, becoming equally involved in the East Side community. She has also dedicated time to Habitat for Humanity, the Rhode Island Food Bank, and the Girl Scouts of Rhode Island as a troop leader.

When working with clients, whether they are young, first-time buyers or those starting a new chapter in their lives, Trish believes her role is not just to help buy or sell a home, but to act as a "lifestyle advisor." “I bring thoughtful analysis, honesty, and integrity to my clients every step of the way,” Perfetto said. “They can then make the best-informed decision and act with confidence.”
