Kaela grew up in Cumberland, earned a degree in fashion design in Florida, and now resides in Riverside, Rhode Island. Upon moving home, she decided to get involved in her family’s construction company. Her strong feeling for The Ocean State has now propelled her into a new career as a Realtor®. “I have always loved the friendly people, strong sense of community, historic architecture, and beautiful scenery Rhode Island has to offer,” Contrada-Ray said.
Foundations and beginnings
Running her family's construction business throughout Rhode Island has given Kaela a rare set of skills. During this time she mastered attention to detail and engaged closely in customer relations. “Working in the construction business, I have gained a strong knowledge of project management and ensured that our clients’ needs were met from start to finish,” Contrada-Ray said.
At the beginning of her new career, Kaela wanted to join a real estate agency with similar priorities, offering the tools and services that help agents support the client experience. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends, especially her husband and two dogs, Oliver and Rosè.
