Paula spent most of her life living in Southeastern Massachusetts, then moving to Warren, Rhode Island in 1998 with her two sons. In 2000, Paula decided to get her real estate license after working in a commissioned sales job at an antique and furniture company, while also owning an antique shop in Bristol. “Real estate was a natural and perfect progression combining my love of the East Bay with art, antiques, and architecture,” Silva said.

Paula has consistently maintained the highly respected Multi-Million Dollar Producer level since her first two years of real estate, participating in approximately 250 transactions. Having had many transactions with Residential Properties agents, she found a high level of professionalism when co-broking.
