Residential Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce that Sales Associate Antonio Varrecchione has joined the excellent team of agents at our Narragansett office. A native of Jamestown, Antonio received his degree in accounting from East Carolina University before returning to attend the University of Rhode Island for a master’s degree in accounting.
A legacy in real estate
Antonio’s grandfather built a commercial real estate development company in Providence. His uncle followed in his steps and is now the CEO of the company, while his wife, Sales Associate Ashley Baccari, works for RPL in the Providence office. Though Antonio’s mother, Sales Associate Susan Baccari, joined RPL a couple of years ago, additional factors informed his decision to join the company. “I knew I wanted an agency that had state-wide recognition, and Residential Properties was number one on my list,” Varrecchione said. “My mother played a role in my decision, but it was RPL’s gross sales that sold me.”
Antonio is a member of the National Board of Realtors®, Kent County Board of Realtors®, and is a certified Relocation agent. In addition to a full-time career, Antonio actively volunteers for many nonprofit organizations, including the GoForth Nicholas Baccari Foundation, which assists people struggling with addiction. He is always present to lend a hand to the foster children his parents have taken in as well.
Goal oriented
Antonio enjoys sports and was proud to be the goalkeeper for North Kingstown High School, winning the state championship. During his free time, he balances activities such as golf, fishing, snowboarding, and working out with quiet Sundays among his family and grandparents in Narragansett. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he is building his clientele with young, first-time homebuyers. “My desired areas to work in are in the Newport, Kent, and Washington Counties,” Varrecchione said. “I love being close to the water in Rhode Island and being able to drive so easily to anywhere in the state.”
Antonio’s short-term goal is to close his first transactions in the first quarter of the year. His aspiration down the road is to get his broker’s license. “I have chosen real estate as my primary career at a young age,” Varrecchione said. “I’ll be able to build relationships with my clients for the long term and grow alongside them.”
