Residential Properties Ltd. is excited to announce the addition of Sales Associate Simone Dupuis to our Cumberland office. She joins RPL with more than 30 years of experience in retail at Brooks Pharmacy and Ann & Hope. Simone performed in leadership roles as store manager, manager of data control, call center manager, and assistant buyer.
Her friend, RPL Sales Associate Janice Geddes, encouraged Simone to begin the real estate chapter of her life. “I was looking for a new career, and Janice approached me and said she had a job that would be great for me,” Dupuis recalled. “RPL is a top-notch organization that is fully supporting me through my start-up phase with all the tools I need for success.”
On the move
Originally from Vermont, she relocated to Lincoln, Rhode Island 25 years ago and quickly grew to love the state’s varied communities and range of activities. “I have more energy than I know what to do with,” Dupuis said. “I enjoy learning and spending time with people.” Simone’s current pastimes include golf, bowling, bingo, and traveling, often with her family, husband Pierre, son Caleb, and daughter Monique.
Simone’s energy has proven useful in this uncommonly busy Rhode Island and Massachusetts real estate market. She looks forward to being an asset in the RPL family for a long time. “My short-term goal is to learn and gain experience by working with Janice,” Dupuis said. “I am truly looking forward to finding dream homes for buyers and assisting sellers with moving onto their next chapter. Going into homes with potential clients is a rush - exciting for them and me!” Among her professional values are positive energy and honesty. “Customer service is my number one priority, and I make it happen through dedication and trustworthiness.”
Realtor® with a cause
In addition to her new role and many interests, Simone plays an important part in the Lincoln Country Club’s annual Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation golf tournament. She has worked on this committee for the past 11 years and has helped them raise over $125,000 during that time. “This event is near and dear to my heart, as I am a breast cancer survivor and have other friends who are survivors as well,” Simone noted. “This event has become one of my passions, and it’s a great way to support all the wonderful programs that the Gloria Gemma Foundation offers.”
