Residential Properties Ltd is excited to add Sales Associate Theo M. Papigiotis to our fabulous roster of agents at our East Greenwich office. Theo is a Rhode Island native, raised in Smithfield, RI, who has spent the last 36 years in Financial Risk Management and Customer Relations. He has had the privilege of working for Fortune 500 companies as well as in the private sector.
Despite originally passing the real estate sales associate exam upon graduating high school, Theo put his real estate career on hold after being offered a job at a Fortune 500 company. Now, with over 30 years of sales and customer relations management experience, Theo has decided it is time to utilize this extensive experience to assist others in buying and selling homes. Sales Associate Stacy Rastelli, a fellow Residential Properties agent, encouraged Theo to join the company and work together as a team, and so RI Home Team was formed.
