Residential Properties Ltd is proud to announce the addition of Sales Associate Alicia Reynolds to our Barrington office. Alicia started her career as a mortgage originator at RI Hospital Trust bank in the early 1990’s and it was there, through her assignments, that she was first introduced to Residential Properties in Providence. “I was a bit in awe of Sally and Liz, but so incredibly impressed with the company. The professionalism, attention to detail, customer service- it all stood out to me.”
Alicia is a native Rhode Islander, having grown up in Warwick and spending her summers at Green Hill Beach in South Kingstown. Throughout her life though, Alicia has made many moves and has always trusted RPL to help with those big life changes. “I bought my first house in Barrington when I was 26 through Residential Properties and used them again when my husband and I bought our family home. We raised our family there, and in 2012, when my husband was transferred to Tokyo we made the decision to sell and RPL assisted us once again.”
Alicia is back in Rhode Island and has happily settled in Rumford with her husband, Jim, and their dogs, Lonnie & Lulu. We are so excited to welcome her to the company and she is excited to be here. “I am excited to help my customers find their new home. I’ve always loved real estate, and whether it’s helping a first-time buyer, a family that needs more space, or someone downsizing, I just love making the puzzle pieces come together."
Alicia’s strong work ethic and desire to exceed will help her to achieve this for her clients. These along with her contacts in the mortgage industry who she can call on at a moment’s notice and her extensive experience of moving her family will make her a great asset for any client and our company.
