Residential Properties Ltd is proud to announce the sale of 288 Blackstone Boulevard, which has sold for $2,200,000 making it the highest East Side sale in 2020. Both sides in this transaction were represented by Sales Associates Kira Greene and Michael J. Sweeney of the Greene | Sweeney Team, who are members of RPL’s Providence office.
Known as The Nicholson House, the home was previously sold to Melanie and Peter Eleftherio who undertook a large restoration of the home. This was a huge victory for many, as it was feared whoever bought the home would demolish it and its history. “Restoring and renovating homes on the East Side has been something we have been extremely passionate about the past 5 years, this being our 8th restoration,” says Melanie Eleftherio. “This one, though, has been a true labor of love. Thinking of this gorgeous structure going to the wrecking ball when we know it could be stunning was something we could not ignore.”
