Residential Properties would like to announce the formation of The Jones Group. This new team will be made up of Sales Associates Rachel Jones, Charlene Cabrera, and Cayla Silvia. You may recognize these names from recent articles we published announcing them joining RPL, and now they have all come together to form a dynamic team with Jones as the team lead.
The decision to join forces arose from the popularity of Rachel’s business and her dedication to her clients. Rather than have any client miss an opportunity to buy or sell their home, she enlisted the help of Charlene and Cayla in order to meet the increased demand. “Being a team now helps us respond faster and more efficiently to our clients' needs,” says Jones. “This is an extremely fast-moving market, and with COVID guidelines, everything requires more time, planning, and attention to detail to ensure we are most importantly being safe, but also meeting our clients' needs.”
Charlene and Jones have worked together in the past, prior to joining RPL. During this time, Rachel was impressed with Charlene’s professionalism and motivation and knew she would be a great fit. The same great qualities were immediately evident to Jones when she met Cayla as well. The two met when Rachel was Cayla’s real estate agent and helped her buy a home.
Both Cayla and Charlene are fantastic agents who are using this opportunity to grow and train under Rachel’s guidance. “Rachel is a great mentor and is very knowledgeable about the industry, making her a great team leader,” says Cabrera.
Because of the formation of this team all three team members know they can provide even more great service for all of their clients. “Our clients now have the advantage of having a team behind them with three agents on their side, and we can now cover more ground,” says Cabrera. “What originally drew me to join this group was everyone’s work ethic, dedication, and dependability.”
Silvia adds, “I decided to join The Jones Group because I believe in providing great service to my clients. Rachel and Charlene both provide honest and dedicated work, and I will strive to provide all of these qualities to our clients as well. Having a team to work with means there will always be a way to accommodate a client and provide a service for them.”
