Residential Properties would like to welcome Sales Associate Charlene Cabrera as the newest member of our West Side office. A Rhode Island native, Charlene is fluent in Spanish and has lived in several different areas of Providence, including the Washington Park and Mount Pleasant neighborhoods, as well as her current residence in the West End. This has allowed Charlene to gain extensive and intimate knowledge of Providence and its surrounding areas. Along with Rhode Island’s great food and iconic beaches, Charlene also enjoys the state’s diversity and loves to work within the Spanish community.
This is a welcome back for Charlene who previously worked in RPL’s Relocation Department where she developed some of the necessary skills she utilizes to help her clients every step of the way. “This is where it all started for me,” recalls Charlene. “I met Sally and Liz when I was 18 years old and they introduced me to the Real Estate industry. This opened the door to endless possibilities and opportunities. I am very excited to be back and be able to grow as a Sales Associate alongside so many amazing people.”
Charlene is excited to rejoin Residential Properties because of RPL’s culture, core values, and structure. “RPL is designed to help their agents succeed,” explains Cabrera. “The amount of support I have received in just two weeks is amazing. After beginning her career in the mortgage world, Charlene transitioned to relocation. Afterward, she assisted a top-producing agent with transaction coordinating and administrative work. This background has allowed Charlene to acquire a diverse skill set that covers multiple aspects of the real estate industry.
