Residential Properties would like to welcome its newest member to its newest office, and announce that Broker Associate Michelle Shevlin has joined our Westport office. There Michelle will help to serve the South Coast community and beyond.
Michelle was born and raised in Rhode Island, attending private school in Providence before studying marketing at the University of Rhode Island. After working for a large privately-held jewelry manufacturer, she transitioned into real estate full-time.
After living nearly 10 years in Newport, Michelle made the move to Little Compton with her husband and two dogs where they’ve been working to breathe new life into a mid-century modern home that had seen better days.
Michelle is very much drawn to historic homes and coastal properties in the South Coast and Rhode Island and I think there’s a real value when you share a common love for an area or property with your client. This familiarity and passion are a great asset to her clients and Residential Properties.
Having grown up in the Providence area Michelle was already familiar with the RPL brand, and when she learned that RPL was expanding to the South Coast, she knew immediately that she wanted to be part of the team.
