This marks the sixth consecutive appearance on this list for DeRentis, Schiffman, and Fox. DeRentis came in at #3 in the state for volume with $80,638,402 in sales, and #2 in transaction sides with 125. Schiffman ranked #4 in Rhode Island volume with $54,830,840 in sales, and #3 in transaction sides with 71, while Fox was #6 in the state for volume with $33,587,400 in sales, and #5 in transaction sides with 66.
The Leading Group (formerly known as Antrop & Williamson) has now earned a spot for a fifth straight year. The group made up of Sales Associates Ted Bourque, Sara Heathcote, Ali L'Heureux, and Robert Williamson were included on the list for Small Teams by Transaction Side, ranking #3 in Rhode Island with 92 Transaction Sides.
The Greene | Sweeney Team, comprised of Sales Associates Kira Greene and Michael J. Sweeney, was ranked as the #1 Small Team in Rhode Island by Volume with nearly $40.5 million in sales in just their second year together. The team has now appeared on the list both years since it was formed.
