The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® (NRIBR) recently released its 2019 Diamond awards, and we here at Residential Properties are proud to say that 13 of our agents and teams from our Cumberland office made the list this year. We would like to congratulate all of our sales associates who have earned this great distinction.
The Diamond Awards recognize those Northern Rhode Island agents who have attained a certain sales and listing volume. Our agents and teams achieved success across the board.
The award is divided into multiple levels, with the Platinum Award being the top overall rank. To achieve this an agent or team must have earned $10 million or more in sales volume. Several of our teams were able to earn this distinction, The Bessette Veloso Group (John Bessette, Scott Veloso, and Ashley Bessette), and The Leading Group (Ted Bourque, Sara Heathcote, Ali L'Heureux, Robert Williamson)
The 5 Diamond Award is reserved for those who have earned $7-$9.9 million in sales volume for the past year, and that group includes our very own Janice Geddes.
Those who have earned between $5 million and $6.9 million in sales volume earn the 4 Diamond Award. Those RPL agents who made this list are Michael Plante and the Pat Murphy Group.
After that, of course, is the 3 Diamond Award, which is for those who sold between $3 million and $4.9 million. RPL is proud to have Casey Fava, Martha Lapierre, Jim Nispel, and Debby Smith amongst its recipients.
Two of our agents were able to earn the 2 Diamond Award by completing between $2 million and $2.9 million in sales volume and those were Leslie LaForest and Danielle Reffitt.
Finally, the 1 Diamond Award is for those who have earned between $1 million and $1.9 million in sales volume. This award was earned by RPL Sales Associates, Kim Horvath and Dawn Prewitt.
