Residential Properties Ltd. is excited to announce two new additions to our team, as Sales Associates Jacob Rochefort and Christine Dupuis have both joined our Providence office.
Jacob has 14 years of experience as a real estate agent, which is quite the feat at the age of just 33, and was the Sales Manager at his former firm. He is looking forward to building off his previous success by utilizing the opportunities that RPL brings. “As a Manager and top sales associate year over year at my previous firm, I felt I hit a plateau in my time there. The market share alone that RPL has will enable me to bring my real estate career to its full potential, something that I did not feel was attainable previously.”
Christine is a lifelong Rhode Islander who has achieved great success in real estate herself, earning the Top Ten Sales Associate award twice while at her previous firm. Christine has great enthusiasm and energy and treats her clients like friends and family. Growing this family is what helped make this decision for Christine. “I have actually gone on many listing appointments and heard the same thing. Although they really like me, they wanted to go with the market leader, RPL!”
Residential Properties' long-term success and leadership also helped garner recognition among the two sales associates as well. “I have always been impressed with Sally Lapides and Residential Properties,” Christine says. “Their ability to successfully market properties with outstanding photos, video, and narrative gets results. Jacob went on to add that “You tend to see the trends in real estate come and go, but one thing remains constant - that is the black and green yard signs out in front of the homes that are listed for sale.”
Both sales associates are excited to use Residential Properties’ fantastic marketing to bring themselves to the next level, and help clients buy and sell their homes even more effectively. They cannot wait to work side-by-side with RPL’s top agents and learn from them. “I live and breathe Providence, so I know being with a firm that is not only active within the community, but also one that has such a market share in the area of my expertise will only bring me to the next level,” says Jacob.
Christine adds, “As the Hamilton song goes ‘I want to be in the room where it happens.’ At Residential Properties, I will be in the room where more real estate transactions happen, and where more sellers turn when they need to sell or buy!”
Jacob Rochefort is a cosmopolitan Rhode Islander and Providence resident with a penchant for considering new homes for anyone at any time. “Be accessible, it’s a good thing,” says Jacob. From flipping houses in his early years with family, to building investment portfolios with childhood friends, there is full market comprehension and very little uncharted territory with Jacob. He spent two (long) years working in Los Angeles as an agent for Keller Williams, Beverly Hills. The LA clientele and market conditioning quickly affirmed that Rhode Island is where the heart is.
Christine Dupuis is a proud life-long Rhode Islander. She loves her state and intimately knows, not only the stunning coast, but the state’s lesser heralded interior with its beautiful woods, lakes, historic villages, and unique history. Chris is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Marketing and combines her passion for sales, marketing, and customer service experience with real estate. She is lucky enough to sell at all price points and help clients with their real estate needs from Providence, Northern RI, Jamestown, Mass.
