Lisa Schryver started her career in real estate over 25 years ago in the Back Bay of Boston before starting her own publications company, Schryver Publications, publishers of the award-winning magazines, Southern New England Weddings and Southern New England Home. Lisa has always had a keen eye for photography, design and a sharp business mindset. Since joining Residential Properties in 2010, Lisa has been an award-winning agent; RI Monthly Five Star Realtor for the past 6 years, Circle of Sales Excellence Awards: 2017 and 2018 Platinum and 2019 Platinum Plus Award and in 2019 she was #1 agent in Barrington with over $20 million in sales volume.
Elizabeth Kirk joined Residential Properties after 15 years in TV & film firms such as Dreamworks, Miramax and Universal Pictures. Elizabeth’s on the ball ability to think outside of the box allows her to go beyond the expectations of her clients. Elizabeth has received numerous awards and recognitions for her hard work; awarded the RI Monthly Five Star Realtor for the last six years, Circle of Sales Excellence Awards: 2016, 2017 & 2019 Platinum 2018 Platinum Plus, and in 2019 was the #2 agent in Barrington with over $18 million in sales volume.
Elizabeth Cooper joined Residential Properties in 2017 after 30 years in art direction and design, with firms such as Hasbro, Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi, Eastman Kodak, Paramount Cards and Vogue Magazine, and has consulted on interior renovations and design since 1996. She brings her love of architecture, interior spaces and design to the team. Elizabeth has been a multi-million dollar producer and received the Circle of Sales Excellence Awards in 2018 Bronze & 2019 Silver Award.
Lindsay Armstrong Mitchell has deep roots in the Rhode Island community, she worked for her family's business, Munroe Dairy, managing product development and marketing before going to work and volunteer in the nonprofit sector in fundraising and development. Her creative marketing strategies, energy and skill for getting things accomplished delivers an elevated level of service. Lindsay has been a multi-million dollar producer receiving the Circle of Sales Excellence Bronze Award in 2018.
