Residential Properties Ltd. is proud to announce that Sales Associates Jim DeRentis, Kevin Fox, Elizabeth Kirk, Gerri Schiffman, and Nancy Weaver, along with the Sales Teams of Greene | Sweeney and the Leading Group, have all been named to the 2019 Real Trends list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. “With today’s release of the 2019 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, an elite group of real estate agents across the country are receiving well-deserved recognition. These sales associates are far above average and have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field,” says Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2018, while teams must have closed a minimum of 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. For Jim DeRentis, Gerri Schiffman and Kevin Fox, this marks their fifth consecutive year to appear on the list. The Leading Group (formerly known as Antrop & Williamson) has now earned a spot for a fourth straight year, while Nancy Weaver appears for a second consecutive time.
Among individual agents, Jim DeRentis ranked #2 in Rhode Island in both sales volume ($85,968,618) and transaction sides (138). Gerri Schiffman came it at number three in the state for both sales volume ($47,832,571) and transaction sides (79), while Kevin Fox finished fourth in Rhode Island with 77 transaction sides and fifth with $39,964,500 in overall sales volume. Nancy Weaver placed 12th in Rhode Island for sales volume ($20,648,000), while Elizabeth Kirk came in right behind her at 13th in the state with a total sales volume of $20,129,306. Among sales teams, the Leading Group - comprised of Robert Williamson, Ted Bourque, Sara Heathcote, and Ali L’Heureux - ranked eighth in Rhode Island with 114 transactions sides, while also placing ninth with $33,506,699 in sales volume. The RPL sales team of Greene | Sweeney - comprised of Kira Greene and Michael J Sweeney - earned a spot on the list in their very first year by placing eighth in the state with a $33,758,575 in sales volume.
