Judy has received the Greater Providence Board of Realtors’ “Circle of Sales Excellence Award” during each of the past three years. Earning her designation as a Providence Preservation Society Historic House Specialist, Judy is uniquely qualified to assist buyers looking to purchase historic homes and antique fixer-uppers. As someone who prides herself on being environmentally conscious, Judy has also earned her Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors®, and is happy to share her knowledge with clients regarding the top factors they should consider when looking to reduce their footprint.
When asked why she decided to make the move to Residential Properties, Croyle pointed to the company’s strong Relocation Department, their generous support for non-profit organizations, and their comprehensive marketing and technology tools for agents and clients. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2004, Judy enjoyed two decades as a business owner and sales & marketing professional. Having graduated with a BFA from The School for American Craftsmen, Rochester Institute of Technology, Judy still enjoys making her own pottery in her basement, as well as entertaining guests, cooking, and going on scenic walks to the water with her dog, Andi.
