2018 RPL Summer Photo Contest Results!

Summertime in Rhode Island is always a special time of year, when people throughout New England flock to enjoy our beautiful beaches, cool down with an ice-cold Del's lemonade, and dine on lobster rolls, chowder, and clam cakes. The RPL Photo Contest aims to celebrate these Rhode Island summers by highlighting stunning images throughout the state.

A sincere thank you goes out to each of our agents who submitted an entry to the contest, as well as all of our friends on Facebook for casting their votes and helping us decided a winner. After narrowing the field down to five finalists, the contest reached nearly 6,000 people on Facebook, resulting in over 400 total votes. Entering the weekend with four finalists neck-and-neck, one particular photo finally broke free from the rest of the field and emerged as the overwhelming favorite.

It is my pleasure to announce that the winner of the 2018 RPL Summer Photo Contest is RPL Providence Sales Associate, Rich Epstein with his aerial photo of the Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown.  Rich's photo captured a birds-eye view of the iconic lighthouse illuminated by the day's final rays of the summer sun. The photo received a total of 137 votes, finishing as the only finalist to the top 100 votes. Congratulations to Rich on winning the grand prize of a free property video and website package.
