With a capital city rich with history, culture, entertainment, fine dining, and the arts – there is plenty to do in Providence and throughout the state to celebrate Valentine’s Day. There are also a few family-friendly activities as well for those of you with kids to entertain.

Spend an evening with celebrated New England chef Joe Simone where he’ll teach you to cook for your Valentine. Participants will learn to make crackers with grated beets and goat cheese, crabmeat and avocado salad with horseradish and crème fraîche, sustainably raised veal stew with hot buttered spaetzle, and baked-to-order chocolate pudding.
