RPL Sells Historic Narragansett Brick Company House for $1.95 Million

11 Nayatt Road 2 Residential Properties Ltd. is proud to announce that on September 30, Ceci Sartor of RPL’s Barrington office closed the sale of 11 Nayatt Road for $1,950,000, representing both the seller and buyer in the transaction. 11 Nayatt Road has a rich history beginning in 1865 when it was the Narragansett Brick Company House -- a two story, end-gable-roof house, built of local brick. In 1877, the home was sold to Martin Dewing, a pioneer in the oyster business. The property has since been renovated with a three story saltbox addition, and has been lovingly maintained on a beautiful corner lot overlooking Moussachuck Beach. This property is near and dear to Sartor’s heart, having been in the family since the 1950s. A lifelong resident of Barrington, Sartor has been a member of the Million Dollar Club since 1995, and has over 24  years of real estate experience.
