RPL Closes Sale of "Bellweather" Home for $1.8 Million

Residential Properties Ltd is proud to announce the sale of 2F Warrens Point Road in Little Compton for $1,800,000. Rebecca Rubin of RPL’s Providence office was the listing agent, while the buyer  was represented by Lila Delman. The home, affectionately referred to as “Bellweather,” was originally built as a storage barn by the U.S. Army during WWII. The property was later expertly converted into a custom, four bedroom, shingle style home with picturesque water views from nearly every room. An RPL Sales Associate since 2014, Rubin spent most of her life living on the East Side of Providence and currently lives between Rehoboth, MA and Little Compton, RI and prides herself on her knowledge and passion for the area. She was recently named a 2016 Rising Star Real Estate Agent by Five Star Professional  based on her  professional excellence, superior customer service skills, and great potential to excel within the real estate industry.
