Residential Properties Ltd. completed the sale of 11 Spinnaker Lane on July 29 for $1,575,000. RPL represented both sides of the transaction, with Barbara Stamp as the listing agent and Nancy Weaver as the buyer’s agent. Both Sales Associates are members of RPL’s Barrington office. Residential Properties Ltd. has now closed three luxury market sales of over one million dollars during the last week alone (July 24-30). According to current MLS data, this marks the 11th sale of over a million dollars in Barrington this year, eight of which have been listed by Residential Properties Ltd.
