On Thursday, March 24, the Northern RI Board of Realtors held its 2015 Diamond Sales Awards Event at Twin River Casino in Lincoln. Residential Properties Ltd.'s Cumberland office was well-represented at the event, as 15 RPL sales associates took home awards. The Platinum award, provided to those who compiled over $10,000,000 in sales during 2015, was presented to the Antrop & Williamson Team, John Bessette, Janice Geddes, and Patricia Murphy. Special recognition went to The Antrop & Williamson Team (comprised of Ryan Antrop, Ted Bourque, Ali L'Heureux, and Robert Williamson) for being the third highest producing team in the entire Northern RI Board, as well as Janice Geddes for ranking as the third highest producing individual agent. Grossing between $7-9.9 Million for the year, Debby Smith picked up a 5 Diamond Award, while The McKinnon Team (comprised of Catherine McKinnon and Doug McKinnon), Pat Ledoux, and Sandy Soares each earned 3 Diamond Awards for grossing between $3-4.9 Million. In addition, Cheryl Davis, Arlene Laboissonniere and Seth Leavitt all received One Diamond Awards for selling between $1-1.9 Million.
