Residential Properties Ltd. is proud to welcome Tracey Orchard to its Barrington location as its newest sales associate. A native of Martha’s Vineyard, Tracey relocated from Boston to Barrington in 1999 with her husband and children.
Tracey says she wanted to join RPL because she worked with the company many times as a customer and wanted to help clients of her own in the same way.
“My experience has been that RPL sets the standard for professionalism and makes the process seamless for both buyers and sellers,” Tracey says. “I want to be part of a team that supports one another and has a common goal of excellent customer service.”

She has worked as a Volunteer Coordinator with the Barrington School District and enjoyed meeting new families and helping them become part of the school culture. In her new position working for RPL, Tracey can continue to meet new families and help them take advantage of the area in a broader sense.
