RPL Closes Deal on $1.342 Million Colonial in Barrington

Residential Properties Ltd. recently completed the sale of 13 Stone Tower Lane in Barrington for $1.342 million, representing both the buyer and the seller.

The listing agent, Patty Deal, is a member of RPL’s Barrington office at 259 County Road and has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her successful career. The buyer was represented by Gerri Schiffman, a leading member of RPL’s Providence office. Among the top producing agents in the state, Schiffman has been named to the Real TrendsAmerica’s Best Real Estate Agents” list each of the past two years (the only two years the list has been in existence).

The elegant custom built Colonial is situated at the tip of Barrington’s serene Rumstick Point amidst beautifully landscaped gardens. The home boasts a tasteful and classic design with clean lines, high ceilings, and large windows, offering plenty of ambient light. The home’s wraparound deck allows for terrific views of the Narragansett Bay.
