Residential Properties Ltd. Sales Associate Jim DeRentis has been featured on the cover of the latest issue of Top Agent Magazine. DeRentis is the chair of the Providence Redevelopment Authority and is also co-founder of Markham + DeRentis Associates, listed on the Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents report for each of the past two years.
