Cumberland Agents Awarded at 2014 Diamond Sales Banquet

On Thursday, March 9th, the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS®  held its 2014 Diamond Sales Awards Recognition Banquet at the Twin River Casino & Event Center in Lincoln. Residential Properties Ltd. was well-represented at the banquet, as 15 members of its Cumberland office were announced among the area's top producers. The Platinum Award was presented to the Antrop and Williamson  team for earning over $10 Million in sales during 2014. The team was also recognized as one of the top five teams among the entire Northern RI Board. Janice Geddes and Martha Lapierre  were presented with the Five Diamond Award for selling between $7-$9.9 Million in 2014. For earning between  $5-$6.9 Million in sales, Patricia Murphy and Debby Smith were given the Four Diamond Award. Earning the Three Diamond Award, presented to Realtors who sell between  $3-$3.49 million, were  John Bessette and  Pat Ledoux, while Arlene Laboissionniere,  Michael Plante, and  Sandra Soares received the Two Diamond Award for selling between $2-2.9 Million in 2014. During the event, RPL Sales Associate and Northern RI Board President Ryan Antrop gave special recognition to Sandra Soares for her years of contribution to Adopt-A-Family and announced that the Board will be nominating Soares for the NAR Good Neighbors Award.
