Despite the cooler temperatures and the occasional polar vortex, Rhode Island is a beautiful place to live in the winter, particularly if you appreciate winter sports such as ice skating, sledding, skiing and snowboarding. Our 2014 Winter Photo Contest captures this essence. We had a plethora of photographs submitted this winter. I'd like to take a moment to thank our Facebook friends for helping us select this year's winning photograph. Without further ado, I am excited to announce that Ed Hardie, sales manager of our Providence office, has submitted this year's winning photograph! Ed snapped a fabulous shot of his wife’s bicycle snowed-in on the East Side of Providence. Congratulations Ed! Here are the top 5 photographs that have been added to the home page slide show: Winning Photo: Snow Ride - The East Side of Providence - Ed Hardie
