This will be the busiest open house weekend of the year, as Realtors® throughout the nation unite in showcasing their listings. The event supplies both buyers and sellers with a terrific opportunity. The house hunting process is streamlined for buyers who are given the chance to visit numerous homes in a period of just two days. At the same time, sellers can receive increased exposure for their home, hosting what should prove to be their most well-attended open house of the year. In addition, this is an ideal opportunity to speak with knowledgeable Realtors® who are skilled at educating others on home improvement projects, market information, and the value of homeownership. When planning your open house, be sure to utilize the “Open House Tour” feature found at www.residentialproperties.com/openHouses/. First, create a search using metrics such as price, location, number of 
bedrooms, etc. Next, find the properties you are interested in visiting and click the “Add to Open House Tour” box located in the upper right hand corner of the listing. Once you have completed adding homes to your tour, click the “View Directions & Print Map” tab found at the upper left hand corner of the page. From this page, you are given the opportunity to map out your tour by selecting your starting address, the order of properties you would like to visit, and your type of transportation (driving, walking, or bicycling). When you have customized your tour to your liking, simply print out your map and directions, and you’re ready to find your dream home!
