The statewide open house weekend was so successful this past April, the
Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR) decided it was time for an encore. So this Saturday and Sunday, June 9 and 10, more properties will be available for viewing than most weekends. And, since it is not supposed to be a great beach weekend, you can squeeze in a few open houses between going to the
Scottish Heritage Society’s annual Highland Festival on Saturday at the Washington County Fairgrounds, a full lighting of
Waterfire in Downtown on Saturday night, and The
KDMF 13th Annual Memorial Run/Walk & Family Fun Day in Narragansett on Sunday. I know it seems like all we do is focus on fantastic open houses, but we are doing our part for RIAR’s Open House Weekend. As I write this blog, Residential Properties Ltd. has scheduled to
open 112 houses across the state. That’s right, 112 open houses! (I, too, thought it was a typo at first).

From beautiful South County, to the quiet undiscovered corners of Northern RI, there is a home suitable for every lifestyle. The price ranges are wide. There’s a condo at
$99,900 in Burrillville, a
$1,395,000 single family home in Narragansett and even an
$899,000 classic in Westerly. We should have the perfect property to end your home search. Visit our
website for a complete list of open houses to get the details of what is being shown.
