This morning on the Today Show, real estate expert Barbara Corcoran showed affordable properties from across the nation—all under $400,000— and showcased a charming home in our little town of Cumberland. This property is located at 26 Hillside Road, a much admired street which leads to the Arnold Mills historic district. Featuring many nineteenth century Greek Revival, Victorian, and Federal style houses, this is a picturesque part of the community. Large old elms stand in front of many of the residences, and tell the story of centuries past. Barbara Corcoran founded a large real estate corporation in New York City.
