If you haven't heard,
Foursquare is one of the fastest growing social networking sites. It’s also having a major impact on local business. One of the great elements that separates Foursquare from other applications is the geotagging ability, which allows users to focus on local services. The premise of Foursquare is to "check-in" at destinations using a mobile device such as an iPhone, Droid or Blackberry. The objective is to check in more frequently than your friends. Think Facebook with GPS! So what is geotagging? Geotagging is simply the ability to identify your location by utilizing the GPS services on your phone. Foursquare is actually REALLY fun. You can even collect "badges" based on the number of check-ins. Matter of fact, Foursquare just recently
announced a partnership with Bravo bringing the game right into your living room.

Foursquare has some great potential in the Real Estate market. For example, it’s a fantastic service to build neighborhood and community information, as well as, keeping track of open houses for both agents and buyers. Check out this
