Here's Why We're Rhode Island's Real Estate Company®

At the end of each year, most companies like to reflect on what happened during the past twelve months. We do the same. So, when we compiled all the numbers, we had a pleasant outcome staring at us on the computer screen. Here's what made us happy.  For the single family housing market over $500,000, Residential Properties Ltd. was the number one agency in the entire state of RI with a market share of 19.26%. That means we did better than all the national chains and their franchises in the area, you know who they are. And that includes the luxury market of over $2 million and up. But even more surprising to us was the ranking of each office separately. That is, we broke down the sales of all companies who are participating in the RI market to the individual offices, such as our Barrington, Cumberland, East Greenwich, Narragansett, and Providence Real Estate offices. Here, we looked at sale prices of $200,000 or more, and our Providence office had the most transactions statewide. That's pretty good for an independent company. However, the important image to us is not in the numbers. It is that of the buyers and sellers who worked with us over the year.
