Sending properties via text message on your smart phone has never been easier! Utilize the "ShareThis" application, located on the right hand side bar of EVERY property page. ShareThis is a great tool that allows users to publish information to popular sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more. One of the coolest features available is the ability to send a property via text. Here's how:
Step 1: Click the ShareThis link and choose "Text".
Step 2: Enter the recipient's phone number with the area code, for example, 4012746740. Next, enter your email address in the "From" field. Finally, add your message.
Step 3: The recipient will receive a text message with the hyperlink included. The link will launch the phone's web browser and the property will be displayed.
