I am not sure if words will tell you enough about our experience working with Lisa but I will try. My husband and I found Lisa on Zillow. I found Lisa Jones online when looking for my first home. That was the best phone call I have ever made. I worked with Lisa during a time when I moved to Florida 15 years ago. We looked at a lot of homes. She was so patient with us. 1 sentence changed everything. She said, I know of a home that is coming on the market Monday. That was a Friday. She was able to get us in and it was perfect, we loved it. Offered full ask and approved before even going to market. She made it so easy. 5 years ago, I worked with Lisa again to sell that home and buy another. Sold in 2 days and the race was on. I found several where I wanted to be and got over bid each time. Then, the last one. I loved the garden, the office area, the fact that I was close to family. I won! Lisa was able to close on the sold house 1 day between the close on the new one. How stressed I was, but she took care of everything. Was in touch throughout and made me feel calmer. She’s back up in little Rhody now and this area has lost one of the best, always keeping her clients in the forefront and doing what is best for them! Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process. We were living in Hong Kong and bought our home remotely, and Lisa made it all possible. She did dozens of tours on our behalf and took the time to record detailed videos for us. Without her, there’s no way we could have managed this purchase from another continent. Lisa is hardworking, always quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. As first-time homebuyers, she also guided us through preparing various documents and gave us all the background information we needed before and after the deal. Overall, working with Lisa was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Lisa is my go-to realtor. She is thorough and knowledgeable and made the process of selling my home care-free and guided me every step of the way, including what we needed to focus on to get the house prepared for listing. She took care of getting the home professionally photographed, optimally priced and was communicative at all stages. She was quick to get an open house to happen and we had our buyers offer at full price over the weekend. I have dealt with other realtors, and they do not compare. If you want a great experience, hire her!

It was a blessing we were led to Lisa as the real agent to help us find a home for our extended families, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, providing us with a clear rundown of what to expect. Lisa was so prepared and understood the surrounding market, other listings in the area, and provided valuable insight and recommendations about how to properly prepare our property before its entrance into the market. She identified potential problems and more importantly provided realistic ways to remedy them. When it came to showing the property, she brought fresh marketing ideas that cultivated immediate results. We had an above ask offer in less than 24 hours. She advised us to wait the weekend to allow for additional offers and again she knew what to expect. We had six offers to compare and decide on. I can’t recommend Lisa enough to anyone who is ready to buy or sell.
