We are very happy with our new summer home in West Kingston RI. One of our daughters is living there full time and the rest of the family is visiting as much as they can. The service provided by Toby Kimball was excellent and made the entire process so easy during this complicated time, dealing with Covid-19, in addition to the normal difficulties. Toby recommended a variety of people to help with the process of inspection, legal aid, and even refurbishing our chimney. We closed without a hitch and are able to enjoy the entire summer in RI. The followup after closing was a great bonus too!! Again, thanks for the great service!!

My experience with Toby was nothing but exceptional. I presented a very challenging issue for Toby, being highly sensitive to the slightest amount of mold and at the same time, needing to buy property during the Covid pandemic, when the competition for property did not allow leisurely inspection. He was compassionate about my family's limitations and went above and beyond to work with me, assuring me that he had my back and would see hundreds of houses if need be. That support meant the world to me and my family. He successfully negotiated my offer against multiple bids in a very strategic manner. I could not be happier with the outcome. Toby also was my selling realtor. He helped me get the property in proper shape for the best selling price and connected me with a vast network of needed professionals, all as trustworthy as Toby. I received well over asking and sold in days. I recommend Toby highly.

He is the best realtor in town! I found my dream house and I told him. He made everything so fast and easy, even on the weekends, he always answered texts and calls. Always updated and cared so much about us. Highest responsibility. I love Toby!
