I not only sold my home but also bought one – both working with Toby Kimball of Residential Properties. Toby was amazing on BOTH sides of the transactions. On the selling side, he was able to price it so we had multiple offers and I was able to get more money; on the buying side he was able to leverage my position to save me several thousand dollars. Doing that in THIS market is not easy in Rhode Island and I appreciate not only the extra money but also his level-headed and considerate way of working on difficult situations that arose outside of our control. Great guy – I highly recommend!

The market in South County is not easy but we sold our property using Toby Kimball at Residential Properties Ltd and were VERY happy to have his professional help.
