I found Simone to be wonderful person and agent. Simone is extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Working with Simone was an amazing experience. Our home search was complex, since we were moving from PA to MA, so our search was mostly remote. Simone made it easy for us by driving to several properties, and hosting facetime walkthroughs for us. She was patient with us, even as we changed our search criteria several times, and took an especially long time to find the right home. We ended up purchasing a lot and building a home. When we purchased the lot, Simone got her share of the real estate commission, but instead of moving on from us, she stayed with us every step of the way (through a six-month building process) as our new home was built, often driving an hour to the site to represent us or take pics. She represented us in our interactions with the builder, and even intervened on our behalf when we had a couple of disputes. Simone was there when we did our final walkthrough, and when we took possession of our new home. She treated our experience as much more than just a transaction and ensured that we were satisfied from beginning to end. Without Simone’s support, we wouldn’t have been as successful through the buying and building process of our forever home. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would for Simone Dupuis! She has an outstanding work ethic and compassion and has made the often stressful time of selling and buying a home seamless and easy.
