I first met Marisa at a showing. My realtor, whom I had for many years, retired and I was looking for a new representative. I was very impressed with Marisa and her attention to detail. Marisa was fantastic. There are no other words. Marisa helped my wife and I sell our home in a difficult market. Marisa re-did photographs, video and worked at putting our home in the best possible presentation she could. Her response to the challenging market was not to just lower the price, but sometimes just to wait until the activity picked up in the general area. Her calm and pleasant demeanor and advice was always appreaciated and respected. We were glad we found her as our agent, and would never consider anyone else to be our real estate agent. Five Stars for local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.

Marisa had been working with us starting 3 years ago before the pandemic when my wife and I were beginning to look at move back to the east coast. When the move was finally happening she was super patient and ready to go on a moments notice. We love her after all this. I would like to think we made a friend and neighbor out of working with her.

Marisa was absolutely fabulous! She was so attentive and patient with me, especially in such a competitive market. She paid attention to my likes/dislikes and what my requirements were for a home. She kept encouraging me that eventually I will find my home regardless of how many times I was outbid. The home I finally purchased she had sent to me to go look at and I wasn't even that excited about it until I gave it a chance and now I am loving every minute of it. I plan to use her again in the future and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
