Working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure. She made an otherwise stressful situation an absolute pleasure. After our dad passed my mom's health quickly deteriorated. We needed to move her into assisted living and sell her home. The stress of an ailing mom alone is a burden. Lisa made selling the home an easy andstress-free process. There were no problems headaches or issues. Put the home on the market in March closed early June without one hassle for us on our end. Lisa gets our highest recommendation!

I moved from NY to Rhode Island and Lisa has been instrumental in helping me find my home and assisting me with finding contractors to help me settle here. She loves RI and is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. I was very impressed with how she negotiated the purchase of my home-and has followed through on issues after we closed. I brought Lisa in to work with me in purchasing a short sale. While I was competent to handle the purchase myself bringing Lisa in early seemed like the right move. After a seven month process to get to the closing it was the absolute right choice! Through many negotiations with the holders of the first mortgage second mortgage homeowners and all the other parties involved Lisa's positive spirit professionalism and attention to detail help move what was otherwise a painstaking ordeal into a step by step process. Lisa Pagano was invaluable in selling my house.
