Jim made the selling process smooth and straightforward. There were zero issues. Whenever anything came up, such as a miscommunication with someone regarding staging or addressing something on the property, Jim immediately reached out to fix the issue. He is prompt, communicative, detail-oriented, open, transparent, and easy-going. I trusted him with our sale and would not hesitate to trust him again with a purchase or another sale.
