Monica was amazing. It took me over a year to find my 'forever home' and she was there every step of the way. She traveled to all areas of MA and RI in my hunt for my new home. Trudging through basements, barns and woods, she was game. I made bids on several different homes, which she made very simple using straight forward language. When I finally found my 'forever home' she was there guiding me through negotiations to inspections to closing. She was so knowledgeable and trustworthy that I asked her to represent me on the sale of my large family home. The sale of my previous home was not easy, for many reasons, but Monica took on this challenge. In the end, I received multiple bids and sold my home very quickly. Thank you Monica, you were invaluable through this very long and confusing (to me) process. I appreciate everything you did and I will spread your name to family and friends.
