As a student looking for off-campus housing for the first time, Brian was incredibly helpful. To start we also worked with another realtor, but after meeting with Brian it was clear he was the best person to help us. He took us to houses he thought were liveable, clean, and welcoming, which is exactly what we were looking for. It was clear to me that Brian genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. Unlike other realtors that we had experience with, Brian didn't put pressure on us to decide within the hour of looking at the house, he wanted to make sure we chose what was best for us. Before going to the homes Brian conducted a Zoom meeting with us to show us the houses and give us general information on the house. This was very helpful so that the next day when we were there we had an idea of what we got with the house. Brian made this stressful process much easier and we could not have done it without him!

I had a challenging property to list as it was a mixed-use tenant occupied property. Brian provided me with instruction and a check list of things to do prior to listing to help me get the highest possible sales price. The photographs and marketing materials that Brian created were absolutely beautiful. Brian’s expertise resulted in my home closing earlier than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I found Brian to be extremely knowledgeable, a strong negotiator and a great communicator throughout the duration of the sales process. He ensured that the transaction went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend to anybody and I look forward to working with Brian again in the future.

Brian is awesome. Really goes above and beyond and will literally drop everything for anything needed along the way. We can't say enough about the time and effort he took in not only finding our home, but making sure everything was buttoned up prior to close - including numerous inspections items that he personally saw to for us as we were 800 miles away. We felt so taken care of!

I had a great experience with Brian as my realtor. He found a house for my friends and I to live in during the school year. He listened and knew exactly what we wanted. He answered whenever we texted him overall was just a great realtor. I would certainly recommend him and use him in the future.

Brian made selling a home I lived in for 20 years much less daunting than I had anticipated. He always had the right guy to call and got the ball rolling for me so things that popped up were tended to in a timely manner to make the sale go smoothly. And he got me well over asking on the sale
