Our realtor, Bibi Arditte, was a terrific help right from the beginning. She provided advice as to where we might look for what we were interested in purchasing, was great during our negotiations with the seller, and provided invaluable assistance in steering us in the right direction when we needed suggestions as to where to go for furniture and other required professionals. Being out of town and not familiar with the area, she went above and beyond to help us time and time again. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Bibi is AMAZING at what she does. She and her teammate Sharon helped me tremendously with my home buying process. This was my first time going through the process and I did not know much at all. Bibi and Sharon were very thorough and walked me through the process step by step, making me feel comfortable, and ensuring that i understood EVERYTHING that was going on. I can honestly say that I now feel educated about the home buying process and look forward to working with them again on my 2nd home!

Bibi Arditte was our agent when we sold our property in Bristol Rhode Island. Selling a house can be a very traumatic experience. Bibi took the trauma out of this process. Our daughter is relocating to Providence from out of state and was unable to come to the area due to her work schedule. She entrusted us to do the job of finding her a home. Bibi made the experience of buying our first home enjoyable. She took her time to get to know us and find out what our needs were, and what we were looking for. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She was very flexible and was able to accommodate us to look at homes whenever we requested. She was always available if I had questions and kept in contact with me at all times, wether it was by email, text, or phone. I would recommend Bibi to anyone interested in buying a home. I really don't think I could have done it without her. She did so much for us.

This sale is the third engagement with Bibi Arditte - (Bought twice and sold once) she must be doing something right if I keep going back. She introduced me to the North Farm community and I have bought and sold there four times. The one time I sold directly on my own- I missed a great opportunity. In retrospect, I wish I had consulted with Bibi- I would have made a lot more if I had. Sometimes we think a direct sale saves us all a lot of money - but that wasn't true and I learned from that experience. Go with a professional - you'll not be sorry. I strongly recommend Bibi for her professionalism, knowledge, and most of all - patience.
