Theo really matched our pace through the home buying process. Visiting sparingly from NJ with 2 kids, we wouldn’t have much chance to view the homes in the area. However, we were able to view the multiple homes he had lined up for the weekends that we could make it work. Having gone through extreme traffic jams in CT and NY on our first visit, having summer flu issues, and going through all the holidays in the summer, we haven’t felt any pressure from Theo to rush the process. We still had no problem reaching him when we had questions about the area or a particular home. He had also offered and gave us a remote viewing which went great. We liked that he had the same concerns about potential repairs and gave us great guidance. Being from out-of-state, we really appreciate that he offered and continues to recommend his contacts (lawyers, general contractors, plumbers, etc), when we ask. Theo is the best agent that we had the pleasure to work with.
