For 14 years, she worked in the corporate world as an executive assistant and office manager, honing her skills in organization, communication, and client service. She then embraced her entrepreneurial side by owning and operating a daycare for another 14 years, learning patience, problem-solving, and the value of strong community relationships. Her lifelong love for interior design eventually led her to real estate, where today she helps clients see the potential in every home.

Cumberland has been her home since 2000, when she and her husband built the house they live in to this day. Together, they’ve raised two amazing adult children and share their home with two lovable Cavapoos, Indy and Atlas. Outside of real estate, Susana is a passionate cook, camping enthusiast, and avid traveler, holding dual citizenship in both the United States and Portugal.
