Sonya has in-depth knowledge of property management, marketing, building, and renovation, having successfully completed numerous projects. She has earned a notable presence as an engaged sponsor of the town's public library and the Bayside Family YMCA. Sonya and her husband have raised three children in the community, giving her the in-depth knowledge of the East Bay that only a longtime resident can offer.

Sonya's sales success earned her an RI Monthly 2023 Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award, as well as a Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® Circle of Sales Excellence Bronze Award for 2020 and 2021. She maintains the right balance between her professional and community commitments as a committee member for Runway for a Cure-Lupus Rhode Island and a volunteer at Hasbro Children's Hospital since 1999. To keep mentally and physically sharp, she also makes time for skiing, golfing, and swimming at the beach in Narragansett, where she maintains a second residence.
