Sara was our realtor for the house we sold in Lincoln, RI and for the condo home we purchased in West Greenwich. My husband works a lot of hours and Sara was wonderful about making multiple appointments back to back on the same day so we could see houses together. Once we made our offer and it was accepted, she walked us through the entire process, step by step. My husband and I recently sold our house. We interviewed several agents before choosing Sara and her partner Rob with Residential Properties. They went to work right away scheduling a professional photographer and videographer to present our home in the best possible ways. The result was nothing short of stunning. They timed the release of the listing a few days before our first (and only) open house, which immediately produced 3 offers at or above asking price. That alone is worthy of five stars, but the service didn’t stop there. This was during the onset of Covid-19 travel restrictions, the challenge and fear being that we might not be allowed to vacate once we reached the actual closing. Add to this a failed well water flow test which required drilling a new well. Again, never knowing what would be allowed under the travel restrictions or essential business. Through each and every issue and obstacle, Sara was calm, knowledgeable, and tenacious, getting back to us as quickly as anyone ever could. If we needed to talk, she was available. There were never any unreturned calls or emails. Through the entire time, right up through the closing Sara had our best interests in mind, offering first class support. We feel she saved us money and valuable time when we most needed it.

Sara and Rob treated us like family. Our best interest was always top priority every step of the way. We were thrilled with the deal and how smooth it went. Sara was always available for questions.
