Sabine was extremely efficient and thorough. My wife and I much appreciated her kindness and responsiveness along the way. We felt like we were interacting more with a close friend than an agent and that was extremely refreshing. She deserves a raise and promotion!

I would (and have!) recommend Sabine in a heartbeat. We were first time homebuyers and completely overwhelmed with everything. Not only did Sabine put things in simple, concrete terms ("do x, you'll need y") but she also saw what we were looking for versus asked for and found a house that we wouldn't have even looked twice at on our own. She was also available at literally all hours, even over the holidays (we put in an offer just after Christmas), through some ridiculous therapy-like negotiations, and we honestly couldn't be happier. I'd work with her again a hundred times over.
