Prior to joining Residential Properties, she managed Lila Delman's Narragansett office for a decade, working closely with the late Melanie Delman, Pam Delman, and John Hodnett – selling over $150 million in real estate. A Rhode Islander for more than 30 years, Ruth also brings 10+ years of experience as an executive in banking and mortgage origination with Fleet Bank.

Before real estate, she led a fascinating "previous life" on the West Coast as a resident and business owner in Malibu, CA and Scottsdale, AZ. As a former Friesian horse breeder, her firsthand expertise in equine management makes her a uniquely qualified advisor for clients seeking specialized equestrian properties.

When she isn’t closing deals or navigating the real estate market, Ruth finds balance through horseback riding, gardening, and Pilates. Above all, she treasures time spent with her family, including her two daughters Alexsia and Tyler. Her appreciation for coastal beauty is evident in her favorite Rhode Island destinations, which include Green Hill Beach, Newport, and Watch Hill.
